Veggie Stir-Fry

Veggies (this can be anything that you enjoy) = Onions, Celery, Carrots, Bok Choy, Baby Corn

Brown Rice or Noodles = In this version I used Organic Round Udon noodles

Sauce = Soy Sauce (Organic, Reduced Sodium)

Spices = Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Chop up all veggies and soften in pan or wok with a little olive oil.
  2. While the veggies are cooking, make the rice or noodles according to the package.  For the noodles I made them just like other pasta in boiling water.
  3. Combine veggies and rice/noodles.
  4. Add in sauce and spices according to your taste.
