Cleaning Products (Cruelty-Free)

Still using Windex, Comet, Clorox, Glade, Lysol, Tide and Arm & Hammer for cleaning products?  If so, then keep reading.

Each time you continue to use these products you are voting to continue cruel animal testing on bunnies, beagles and other animals.  They go through enormous pain and it is all so unnecessary.  I choose to be a responsible consumer and not support animal cruelty.  I also want to use products that are safe, non-toxic and actually clean germs.  The anti-cruelty brands do all of that.  I enjoy cleaning because I know I am using a brand that I can trust.  It also does not have harsh chemicals that are harmful when I am touching them or inhaling them (especially in bathrooms without windows to vent out the smell of cleaning solutions).  These products smell wonderful, do the job very well and I am proud to continue using them.

If you want to have a resolution this year, be a smarter consumer.  Know what you are buying.  Read my previous blog to get makeup brand ideas and also resources on how to get apps on your phone to scan products.  Also how to read the label and see the leaping bunny or vegan labels to know that they are not tested on animals.  (http://www.leapingbunny.org/)
