- 1 Pound of Ground Grass Fed Beef (90% lean), Ground Chicken Breast or Ground Turkey Breast (you can make it a veggie version by using beans instead)
- Veggies = 1 Onion, 2 Green Peppers
- Spices = 2 tsp Chili Powder, 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 25 oz jar of Pasta Sauce
- 3/4 cup Ketchup
- 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Brown meat in a pan on the stove. Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low. Serve on a toasted onion/poppy seed roll and enjoy!
